Job summary

Pinnacle Healthcare Environmental Services is seeking an EVS Supervisor to lead environmental services operations at Ridgewood, NJ. The role focuses on hygiene, regulatory compliance, scheduling, and collaboration with management to support daily functions.

Responsibilities include supervising EVS staff and shifts, managing waste programs, conducting quality rounds, maintaining bed tracking, inventory, and training new associates, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay rate of $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project, PM software, and EVS software systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Environmental Services staff, shifts, or care areas.
• Oversees waste program per regulations.
• Performs quality improvement rounds and reporting.
• Manages bed tracking system and department schedules.
• Maintains inventories and orders supplies.
