Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with two years of start date timeline.
• 2 years' experience in healthcare environmental services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of Environmental Services (EVS) personnel.
• Coordinate department functions and collaborate with leadership on recruitment, onboarding, training, development and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and perform financial analysis of department operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to support daily EVS operations.
