Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager for Northeast Georgia Hospital in Winder, GA. This role directs cleaning, sanitizing and waste removal in a healthcare setting, drives operational and financial performance, and ensures safety and service excellence for staff and clients.

Leaders coach and develop teams, manage client relations, and pursue continuous improvement in efficiency and quality across facilities operations.

Qualifications

Requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services.
Requires up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
Requires a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Plans, controls and directs all cleaning, sanitizing and waste removal functions within a healthcare facility to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives and customer needs.
Overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unit.
Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved.
Reward and recognize employees.
Identify and engage top talent and develop team members to their fullest potential within the organization.
Plan and lead team management meetings.
Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
