Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Manager to lead facility operations, ensure health and safety standards, and align with client specifications. You will own operating performance, coach teams, and drive cost controls while maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction.

Key duties include overseeing labor, supplies, budgets, and adherence to safety standards, with a focus on sustainable and efficient practices across accounts.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services.
• Requires up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Model key leadership behaviors and ensure safety, quality and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unit.
• Coach employees by creating a shared understanding of objectives and how to achieve them.
• Establish and maintain effective client rapport and communicate progress.
• Develop programs to meet client demands and specifications.
• Build revenue and manage budget with cost controls.
• Deliver and maintain financial statements relative to the department.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
