Qualifications

• The ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Strong customer service orientation and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated advanced custodial experience working in healthcare environment.
• Ability to work in various locations, and rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to perform the duties of a Custodian or Senior Custodian as outlined in the job descriptions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the Health System.

Responsibilities

• Assist EVS Manager in leading, training and motivating environmental services staff.
• Prioritize daily work activities, ensure appropriate supply levels and monitor performance.
• Perform related housekeeping duties as assigned.
