Guthrie's Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA is seeking a Housekeeper in Environmental Services to maintain a safe, clean, and healing environment across inpatient, outpatient, and office areas.

This role involves cleaning, disinfection, waste handling, and equipment maintenance while delivering excellent service to patients, families, and staff; shifts include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs inpatient, outpatient and/or office cleaning to ensure a clean, aseptic environment.
• Removes waste following local, state and federal regulations.
• Provides exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Maintains EVS equipment, carts and closets in clean, safe condition.
• Reports maintenance issues and safety concerns to management.
• Identifies and segregates waste per applicable regulations.
• Keeps up with annual training and department policies.
• Participates in team meetings and process improvements.
• Assists in training new hires in assigned areas.
