Job summary

Highmark Health is offering the Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship to provide graduate students hands-on experience in evaluating healthcare programs, initiatives, and business outcomes.

Participants will work with experienced researchers and analysts to assess effectiveness, impact, and outcomes of healthcare programs, translating findings into actionable insights for organizational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pursuing a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day operational problems.
• Under supervision, provide professional services with guidance, training, and mentoring from senior personnel.
• Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise and ability.
• Conduct research and reporting inclusive of recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the specific objectives of the operating unit.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
