Job summary

Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals in Omaha is seeking a Central Services Technician to support daily operations in equipment and supplies management. The role requires attention to inventory, timely distribution, and collaboration with care teams to ensure equipment is available where needed.

The position is part-time, daytime hours (8:00 am-4:30 pm) with every-other weekend rotation, emphasizing accuracy, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards while maintaining Madonna's high service

Qualifications

• High school equivalency or knowledge level.
• One year experience in inventory control dealing with stocking and/or distribution or healthcare experience required.
• Knowledge of medical supplies and medical equipment preferred.
• Either training and/or basic computer and calculator skills required.

Responsibilities

• Daily tracking of equipment on all areas as scheduled.
• Receives rental equipment and takes to appropriate area.
• Maintains and updates the computerized inventory system.
• Assists in the Purchasing Department as needed.
• Communicates with members of the clinical service systems to ensure supply and equipment needs are being met.
• Operates computer to process and develop reports, maintain and track inventory and equipment.
• Receives and coordinates deliveries and returns of equipment and supplies.
