Job summary

Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals seeks an Environmental Services Tech in Omaha for the 3p-11:30p shift. You will operate vacuums, buffers, extractors and other floor-care equipment to keep patient areas clean, safe, and odor-free.

You’ll disinfect resident rooms, restrooms, and common areas, stock supplies, and follow safety procedures. Prior cleaning experience is preferred; driving may be required at Lincoln campus with a valid Nebraska license.

Qualifications

• Six month institutional cleaning and commercial floor care experience preferred.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Basic reading skills required.
• Must maintain positive communication in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuums, buffers, extractors and other floor care equipment.
• Clean and disinfect resident/patient rooms and common areas.
• Maintain supplies and ensure safe cleaning procedures.
• Follow supervisor instructions to meet department goals.
• Possibly drive a vehicle to Madonna properties if needed.
