Agiliti is seeking a Customer Service Technician I in Oakland District, Richmond, California. The role focuses on delivering and managing medical equipment to healthcare locations, while ensuring proper handling and documentation for billing and inventory.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and customer-service experience. Expect a 24/7 schedule with flexible hours and physical duties such as lifting up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Have customer service experience; hospital setting helpful.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays for a 24/7 schedule.
• Able to lift/push up to 75 pounds; stand and walk long periods; perform bending and kneeling as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers; retrieve equipment from locations and return to the office.
• Educate and engage customers at delivery, explain features and functionality of equipment.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
