Job summary

Forefront seeks an Environmental Services Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming healthcare environment. You will perform daily cleaning, floor care, waste management, and laundry tasks under guidance from Supervisors and Managers.

The role is full-time, hourly, with a pay rate of $15.50 per hour. Prior healthcare cleaning experience is a plus; we provide on-the-job training and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and sanitation in healthcare settings.
• Ability to follow infection prevention protocols.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of patient/resident rooms, public areas, and workspaces.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• May perform laundry duties and deliver linens and uniforms.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols (OSHA, CMS, TJC).
• Assist in setting up rooms and light maintenance as needed.
