Grand Strand Medical Center – HCA in Myrtle Beach, SC is hiring a Hospital Housekeeper to keep clinical and non-clinical areas clean in line with hospital policy. You will also perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor and support a safe, sanitary environment.

This role emphasizes safety, proper handling and disposal of waste, and maintaining uniform standards. You will report hazards while joining a large, patient‑focused team within a leading regional healthcare system.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean clinical and non-clinical areas of the facility per policy and supervisor instructions
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies
• Adhere to storage, handling and disposal of RMW, Hazmat, solid waste and linen
• Maintain Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times
• Report hazards and unsafe work conditions

Skills
