Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow both oral and written directions.
• Must be able to demonstrate sanitation techniques, and the use of cleaning materials; or learn the department's techniques within ninety days.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned areas to ensure a clean, sanitary and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Promotes harmonious relationships with patients, visitors, hospital and Parkland employees to support customer satisfaction.
• Maintains and properly uses environmental services materials and notifies supervision for supplies, maintenance, or repairs.
