Job summary

Essentia Health in Detroit Lakes is seeking an Environmental Services teammate to maintain cleanliness and quality throughout the hospital setting. You will clean patient, public, clinical, and administrative areas, while managing linens and inventory distribution as part of your daily duties.

The role involves contact with patients from newborn to elderly and requires flexible day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and quality within the healthcare facility in support of Essentia Health standards.
• Cleans and services patient, public, clinical, and administrative areas maintaining a well-groomed appearance.
• Includes activities such as management of linens, inventory distribution, stocking and collection.
• May contact patients across all ages while performing duties.
