Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Management is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for Oak Forest Health & Rehab Center in Winston-Salem, NC. The role directs Environmental Services, ensures cleanliness, and monitors compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The supervisor will manage staff scheduling, vacations, and evaluations, participate in safety committees, and coordinate with Central Office on reporting and policy updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Read, know, and follow personnel, department and Facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and supervises all Environmental Services in accordance with regulations and Facility policies.
• Tours the Facility to assure cleanliness and attractiveness at all times.
• Prepares and monitors work schedules for environmental services staff and ensures adequate staffing per shift.
• Manages vacation/holiday scheduling and sends schedules to Central Office.
• Prepares and monitors employee evaluations and forwards to Central Office.
• Reviews and updates environmental policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participates in Safety Committee and enforces safety practices.
• Identifies ES needs and assists in solutions; supports quality monitoring.
• Assists with testing fire alarm systems and related equipment on a periodic basis.
