Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking an Environmental Service Supervisor to oversee Attendants, ensuring cleanliness and aesthetically pleasing environments across assigned areas. You will lead daily inspections and implement plans of correction for any deficiencies.

The role supports the Director and Assistant Director in the efficient operation of the Environmental Service Department within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory/lead role.
• 3 years of experience in a healthcare/hospital environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision for Environmental Service Attendants.
• Maintains a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment in assigned areas.
• Performs daily inspections and implements any plan of correction for deficiencies.
• Assists the Director and Assistant Director in the effective operation of the Environmental Service Department.
