Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Building Manager to lead its Environmental Services team across Philadelphia facilities. You will supervise Environmental Service Attendants, ensure clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing areas, and perform daily inspections.

Collaborating with the Director and Assistant Director, you will implement plans of correction, monitor quality standards, and support the operational needs of the Environmental Service Department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business management preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a housekeeping supervisory/lead role and 3 years in a healthcare environment.
