Responsibilities

• Performs assigned Environmental Services duties following policies and infection prevention standards.
• Cleans, disinfects, and sanitizes patient rooms, bathrooms, and public areas using approved products.
• Resets areas after cleaning to maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and staff.
• Follows standard and transmission-based precautions and proper hand hygiene practices.
• Wears PPE and handles waste and potentially infectious materials safely and according to procedures.
• Monitors areas for cleanliness and safety, reporting concerns to leadership.
• Completes required documentation and logs timely and accurately.
• Participates in training, meetings, and process improvements.
• Performs other duties to support department and organization.
