Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager 2 for Winchester Hospital in Winchester, MA. You will oversee a team of about 15 housekeepers on the 1st shift with some weekends and holidays.

In this hands-on leadership role you will manage daily operations, drive safety and compliance, and support development, budgeting, and resource planning. You report to the General Manager and help sustain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of management experience in environmental services or custodial teams.
• 2+ years of related experience in facilities operations.
• Experience leading fast-paced teams with safety and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of approximately 15 housekeepers on 1st shift with some weekends and holidays.
• Lead daily operations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
• Guide team development and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with General Manager and other departments to optimize service delivery.
