The paid 12-week program combines hands-on supervision with computer-based training at a long-term care facility.

You will learn to manage your own account, supervise housekeeping, laundry and floor care staff, and coordinate with administrators while complying with all policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Must have computer skills to maintain records and complete reports.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
