Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks an Account Manager to lead environmental services teams in a long-term care facility in Wilmington, DE. You will oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Two years of healthcare housekeeping and supervision experience preferred.
• Must follow COVID-19 vaccination policy where required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring policies, procedures, and state/federal requirements are met.
• Lead teams in light/heavy housekeeping and laundry duties across shifts.
• Train staff, perform quality control, and conduct in-service sessions.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.
• Ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and adherence to safety precautions.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and timely task completion.
• Represent HCSG positively through interactions with staff, residents, and guests.
