Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work PMs and rotating weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialists.
• HR oversight for the department and ensuring service/quality goals are met.
• Perform daily cleaning, projects, carpet and floor care, waste disposal, and moving services.
• Manage shifts and scheduling.
• Foster healthy relationships with other leaders and promote staff growth.
