Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a dedicated general cleaner to uphold cleanliness standards at commercial properties in the Richmond area. You will follow our mission and safety guidelines to deliver timely, high-quality cleaning services.

Responsibilities include trash removal, floor care, restroom and kitchen cleaning, and reporting maintenance needs. We offer paid training and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience is a plus.
• A passion for cleanliness is required.
• Strong work ethic is essential.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changes in procedures.
• Work irregular hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of cleanliness and timeliness across sites.
• Empty trash receptacles and vacuum/dust as needed.
• Wipe spots on entry doors, dust surfaces and windowsills.
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, lobbies and other areas.
• Report maintenance issues and damaged or dirty items to supervisor.
• Ensure safe working environment and proper use of supplies.
