Qualifications

• 1-2 years cleaning or environmental service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and products.
• Ability to follow infection control and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas in accordance with infection control standards.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and dusts floors, furniture, and equipment.
• Performs maintenance on floor surfaces and upholstery as procedures require.
• Washes walls, ceilings, windows, and other surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Restocks supplies and monitors inventory levels.
• Handles trash and biohazardous materials safely per safety protocols.
• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Assists with minor repairs or maintenance tasks and reports larger issues.
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with policies and standards.
