Lifepoint Health, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary hospital environment across patient rooms, public areas, and offices.

This role supports infection control and contributes to a positive patient experience through cleanliness and organization. The position emphasizes attention to detail, professionalism in interactions with patients and staff, and adherence to cleaning protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior hospital/healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Cleaning or housekeeping experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Clean patient rooms, restrooms, lounges, offices, corridors, walls, and windows according to daily schedule.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub, and shine floors; replenish paper and soap products; clean mirrors, sinks, and toilets.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor scrubbers.
• Collect and remove trash from all areas of the facility daily.
• Stock linens throughout the hospital to ensure unit readiness.
• Adhere to all infection control policies and report safety hazards to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
