Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking an experienced PBX administrator to manage daily PBX operations and related applications in a healthcare setting. You will design changes to improve end-user workflows and support voicemail, call center, and reporting systems.

The role requires advanced Openscape knowledge and 3-5 years of enterprise communications experience, with strong collaboration with vendors and hospital staff. Healthcare context is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ progressive related work experience with enterprise wide communications systems, preferably healthcare.
• Advanced knowledge of Openscape 4000 and Openscape Xpressions voice mail systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administration of PBX and associated applications.
• Design and validate application changes to improve end user workflow.
• Assist in design and implementation of enterprise communication systems including voicemail, call center, reporting and end-user hardware.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and provide support for communications duties and issues.
