Jensen Hughes, a leader in fire protection engineering and risk management, seeks a Business Development Manager for Healthcare & Emergency Management to drive growth across service lines and client relationships. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or four (4) plus years’ experience in business development, account management and people management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• Experience with government contract tracking systems or platforms used to monitor and research federal, state, or local government opportunities preferred.
• Experience working for a professional services firm preferred.
• Self-starter who works well independently and is self-motivated, with a bias for action.
• Project coordination and organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative to follow through.
• Consistently perform at a high level in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
• Work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
• Exceptional Customer Service and strong listening skills.
• Able to look at things multidimensionally and come to innovative plans if a problem is identified.

Responsabilités

• Partner with HCEM leadership and Operations to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Proactively plan, coordinate, and support annual and long-term growth initiatives, ensuring clear priorities and execution.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the HCEM business development pipeline including leads, opportunities, proposals, renewals.
• Work with BD and Operations leadership to evaluate opportunities based on fit, need, timing, and growth potential.
• Drive follow-up on leads and opportunities to progress through the sales pipeline.
• Manage pursuits from Lead to close including proposal development and scope/fee buildup.
• Serve as a connector between HCEM BD, Operations and clients to ensure priorities are executed across teams.
• Maintain accurate BD information in company systems: activities, opportunities, proposals, orders, renewals.
• Promote consistent BD processes, tools and accountability across HCEM.
• Establish visibility into BD activity and pipeline performance, identifying trends and risks.
• Create alignment around priority accounts and opportunities with internal stakeholders.
• Support a culture of proactive BD by helping teams recognize opportunities and engage resources.
• Show ownership of HCEM BD initiatives from strategy through execution.
