Job summary

LG Electronics North America Innovation Center (LG NOVA) in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Healthcare Entrepreneur-in-Residence to join our innovation team. This contract role focuses on identifying, developing, and launching software-driven Healthtech ventures in collaboration with startups and partners.

The EIR will work with engineers, leadership, and universities to conceptualize and bring to market new software-centric health solutions, leveraging LG NOVA resources and networks.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience in digital health, healthtech, and wellness markets.
• 5+ years in digital health product development, commercialization, and strategy.
• Experience taking a product or company from 0 to 1 in digital health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify digital health market opportunities and develop concepts into spinouts.
• Collaborate with startups and partners to create robust healthtech solutions.
• Source and evaluate startup partners with LG NOVA Ecosystem team.
• Conduct customer discovery and market validation for demand.
• Develop business plans including product strategy, models, and finances.
• Pitch for internal approvals and funding for new ventures.
• Build financial projections to show scalable growth for LG NOVA.
