The studio partners with founders at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and infrastructure, focusing on care delivery, interoperability, operations, and security. HIKE embeds senior engineering teams, fractional C-suite leaders, and aligned capital directly into founding teams to accelerate growth and enterprise readiness. By working side by side with founders, HIKE helps build the technology, operating models, and security posture required to move from early product to payer-ready company. The EiR will work closely with fractional C-suite leaders to develop go-to-market plans, financial projections, and operating frameworks for potential spin-out companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with healthcare stakeholders, refining hypotheses through data and feedback, preparing investor and partner materials, and supporting early product and company-building activities across the studio portfolio.
