The role emphasizes safety, schedule, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction across healthcare, education, and institutional projects. Travel between the home office and active sites is expected, with responsibility for pre-bid to project completion, including coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience in construction management or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, requests, schedules, and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned construction projects from start to finish, guiding the project team to successful completion.
• Manage project start-up, contracts, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, financials, risk, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee pre-bid, preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases with focus on safety, quality, schedule, profitability, and client expectations.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and on-site visits to verify progress and compliance.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, change events, billings, and project documentation.
