Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in construction technology, engineering or related discipline required.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in healthcare construction PM with contract values of $5M+.
• Experience across PM, estimating, preconstruction services, and construction management; sales/marketing presentations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project plan, sequence, and schedule with field personnel collaboration.
• Prepare and issue project documents including progress reports, schedule updates, and budget updates.
• Initiate periodic meetings with project team and client to address unresolved problems and coordinate.
• Monitor progress for adherence to schedule and man-hours vs percent complete.
• Re-plan and adjust to maintain schedule; advise client and negotiate changes in fee.
• Monitor scope changes affecting budget/schedule; coordinate with client and negotiate changes in fee.
• Keep client informed of progress and any technical issues and solutions.
• Ensure timely, compliant invoicing to the client.
• Identify solutions to progress impediments and involve management when needed.
