Job summary

Prospect Rock Partners in New York seeks an Investment Banking ECM Associate focused on life sciences and Biopharma. You will support the Equity Capital Markets team to execute equity and equity-linked financings, including IPOs, follow-ons, structured deals, and convertible debt transactions.

Primary duties include executing transactions as an ECM associate, interfacing with current and prospective clients, and coordinating with the broader investment banking team to manage client relationships

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant experience in investment banking.
• Joint-bookrunner experience.
• Bachelor's degree with an exemplary academic record.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, meritocratic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions as an Associate on the ECM team.
• Interact directly with current and prospective clients.
• Work closely with the broader investment banking team to coordinate all aspects of existing client management, new business origination, and deal execution.
