Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead health and wellness activities for residents and manage day-to-day healthcare operations.
• Supervise nurses, AMAPs, and direct care staff; coordinate care with physicians.
• Oversee medication management, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on budget, infection prevention, and quality metrics.
• Develop and update resident care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
