Qualifications

• Prior food service experience in a healthcare setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages to standards.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely meal service.
• Responds to customer complaints in person or by email.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to promote efficiency.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, timekeeping).
• Directs sanitation and safety per company standards and regulations.
• Issues instructions and assists in staff orientation and training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
