Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of similar experience.
• Master's degree or advanced clinical degree preferred for higher levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology change within an assigned portfolio.
• Partner with senior clinical, operational, and financial leaders to shape a governed portfolio.
• Lead delivery of initiatives through structured project and program methods.
• Evaluate, pilot, and sponsor AI, ambient and agentic capabilities, automation, and other novel technologies.
• Ensure every solution conforms to enterprise architecture, interoperability, security and data standards.
