• Lead enterprise optimization of MEDITECH Expanse and connected clinical systems with an aggressive implementation roadmap.
• Develop and execute a multi-year clinical transformation and digital health roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
• Partner with medical, IT, operations, quality, patient experience, data, privacy, and vendor leaders to drive adoption and value realization.
• Establish governance, business cases, and funding requests for digital health initiatives; ensure measurable outcomes.
