Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience working as part of a digital product team.
• Experience working as part of an agile product development team.
• Experience facilitating the digital product development lifecycle (vision, prioritization, requirements, testing, launch, analytics, maintenance).
• Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to apply judgment within defined parameters.
• Experience integrating user and stakeholder feedback to shape products and features.

Responsibilities

• Leads day to day planning, prioritization, execution, and maintenance for multiple product streams.
• Leads one or more product delivery pods to execute against roadmaps.
• Builds organizational knowledge and develops relationships with business partners.
• Maintains product roadmap and strategy with stakeholders and developers.
• Conducts technology or product assessments for competitive analysis and measures success criteria.
• Collaborates across operations, marketing, clinical, analytics, security, UX/design to develop solutions.
• May supervise others, including contractors.
