The role focuses on coordinating teams, managing deliverables, and turning ideas into executable plans across digital strategy, social media, and content initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, digitally savvy, and able to navigate multiple projects and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with client priorities

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, integrated communications, account management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate multiple digital and integrated communications projects, ensuring timelines, tasks, and deliverables remain on track.
• Support the execution of digital, social media, and content initiatives across various client workstreams.
• Collaborate with creative, paid media, social, strategy, and other specialist teams to coordinate project execution.
• Track content deliverables, manage multiple versions, and conduct quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare status reports, and support day-to-day client communications and follow-ups.
• Organize campaign information and performance data to help identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively anticipate next steps, identify potential challenges, and contribute practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
