Job summary

Edelman is seeking an Account Executive, Digital Communications to support integrated digital and communications programs for a major healthcare client. The role involves coordinating teams, managing deliverables, and bringing ideas to life across digital strategy, social media, and content initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, digitally savvy, and comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or integrated communications.
• Experience coordinating campaigns or projects within an agency or in-house environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple digital and integrated communications projects, ensuring timelines, tasks, and deliverables stay on track.
• Support digital, social media, and content initiatives across client workstreams.
• Collaborate with creative, paid media, social, strategy and other teams to coordinate execution.
• Track content deliverables, manage versions, and perform QA for accuracy.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare status reports, and support day-to-day communications.
