Bupa is seeking a Healthcare Development Manager to lead projects that improve access, experience, and clinical outcomes. You will manage services, design new healthcare solutions across channels, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver value.

You will leverage advanced analytics, Power BI and Tableau to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and embed changes within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

You'll play a key role in shaping and enhancing healthcare pathways, delivering innovative solutions, and driving meaningful change that helps our customers live longer, healthier, happier lives.

• Leading projects that improve healthcare access, customer experience and clinical outcomes.
• Managing and enhancing existing healthcare services, pathways and initiatives.
• Designing, developing and implementing new healthcare solutions across multiple customer channels.
• Working alongside internal teams and external partners to deliver business-critical projects.
• Using data and insight to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
• Driving continuous improvement and ensuring new processes are successfully embedded.
• Managing project plans, milestones, risks and key performance indicators.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Supporting governance activities and presenting updates to leadership teams.
• Championing collaboration and contributing to a high-performing team culture. Experience leading projects that deliver measurable customer and business improvements.
