Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically has 6 years’ experience in business analysis or information technology (preferably in data warehousing, BI, reporting and data analytics).
• Requiring excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to manage tasks without direct supervision.
• Self-motivated and able to keep abreast of technology and healthcare trends.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document user and functional requirements, business rules, and data sources for new data needs and applications.
• Configure, test, and deliver trainings on enterprise software products and processes.
• Support data migration, custom report development, and integration design.
• Create specifications for development and develop test cases and QA checks.
• Provide customer training materials and support, including ongoing system status communication.
