Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data science, healthcare informatics, or related field.
• 7–10 years of IT architecture, data analytics, or systems integration experience.
• 3–5 years supporting healthcare, clinical quality, or federal health systems.
• Experience integrating healthcare data sources (e.g., EHR/clinical systems).
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL, and database management.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end data and analytics solutions supporting CQM programs.
• Integrate data from multiple systems (e.g., EHRs, DHA enterprise systems, quality reporting tools).
• Develop and maintain data architecture, data models, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead development of interactive dashboards and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and standardization across MTFs.
• Translate clinical quality requirements into technical solutions and system designs.
• Support automation of data collection, validation, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Program Manager, analysts, and clinical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with DHA cybersecurity and data governance policies.
• Support inspection readiness through data traceability and audit readiness.
