Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Data Scientist focused on developing, improving, and deploying machine learning models for healthcare data analytics. You will build classification and information extraction models, analyze complex healthcare datasets, and contribute to production ML solutions.

You should be proficient in Python and SQL, familiar with NLP, LLMs, and ML pipelines, and collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models and extend analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 1–3 years with a Master's degree.
• Demonstrated experience developing machine learning solutions and applying AI technologies to solve practical problems.
• Proven ability to use emerging AI technologies to address technical and analytical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and build machine learning models for classification and information extraction tasks.
• Analyze complex healthcare datasets to develop new features and improve existing models.
• Implement solutions that improve the accuracy and performance of existing models.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Develop and improve ML pipelines that support production model workflows.
• Evaluate and incorporate emerging machine learning and natural language processing technologies into existing models.
• Explore large language model solutions and assess opportunities to integrate LLM capabilities into AI models.
