Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with datasets and reports.
• Proficient with Excel and reporting/analytics tools; able to learn new tech.
• Detail oriented with data validation and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, basic dashboards and summaries for stakeholders.
• Maintain reconciliation, production, and monthly status reports.
• Organize and maintain datasets related to healthcare claims, utilization, and other areas.
• Establish timelines for reporting deliverables and project milestones.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for data accuracy and efficiency.
• Support regulatory inquiries and cross-department data needs.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights.
