Qualifications
- 10+ years operational experience in Managed Care or Medicare.
- 5+ years supervisory/management experience.
- 5+ years in Excel and financial analysis.
- Proficient with Power BI, Salesforce and Salesforce Analytics.
- Strong communication and cross-team relationship skills.
- Knowledge of state/federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of executive and health plan reporting and analytics.
- Create dashboards, metrics and scorecards tied to enrollment and utilization.
- Mentor and manage the data analytics team.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Actuarial, Claims and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with CMS/state reporting requirements.
