Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a healthcare data analyst.
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems and health IT integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and relevant analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare data sources for interoperability opportunities.
- Design and implement data integration solutions.
- Monitor and report on system performance and data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and related regulations.
