Job summary

Oxbridge Health is seeking a Data Integration Lead to oversee integration of healthcare data, including claims and enrollment, into core systems. You will ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations, while building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in healthcare data integration, expertise in HIPAA/HITECH, X12/HL7, ETL and API development, and proven cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in data integration, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, X12, HL7.
• Experience with ETL, data mapping and API development.
• Familiarity with 837 claims and 834 enrollment files.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Client-facing experience and commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategy for integrating healthcare data into systems.
• Ensure data quality, compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and regulatory updates.
• Coordinate with IT, Operations and other teams to integrate data into core systems.
• Lead data mapping and transformation with analysts and developers.
• Implement robust error handling and monitoring of integrated data.
• Optimize integration processes for performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with security teams on encryption and access controls.
• Communicate with stakeholders and external partners on integration efforts.
• Manage vendor relationships and SLAs to support integration needs.
• Continuously improve integration workflows and technologies.
• Serve as liaison with clients (insurers, providers) for data transactions.
• Gather client requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Facilitate onboarding and provide training/support as needed.
• Provide proactive status updates and issue resolution to clients.
• Identify opportunities for account growth based on client needs.
