Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in a health or analytics field or a comparable combination of education and related experience.
• 0–2 years of experience encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of healthcare data concepts, workflows, or EHRs gained through coursework or projects.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and data visualization techniques.
• Basic SQL knowledge for querying and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Understand health care operations and systems.
• Pull and integrate data from disparate sources (e.g. cost, claims, clinical data).
• Preprocess raw information and evaluate data quality.
• Identify discrepancies and patterns in data.
• Build models capturing healthcare operations.
• Present information clearly to non-technical audiences and colleagues.
