Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/DM or related field; equivalent combination may be considered.
• 5+ years in a data governance role with enterprise standards, controls, and maturity.
• 5+ years in healthcare org with privacy, regulatory expectations, and data stewardship.
• Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling for analytical and operational environments.
• Knowledge of data duplication strategies, data integration concepts, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience creating and enforcing standards, policies, and governance processes.
• Strong leadership, documentation, facilitation, and decision-making skills.

• Establish enterprise data governance standards for design, naming, modeling, metadata, and lifecycle across platforms.
• Lead development and review of conceptual, logical, and physical data models ensuring security and scalability.
• Define policies and procedures for data architecture, modeling, duplication, and platform usage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into governed data solutions for trusted reporting.
• Set up governance checkpoints, reviews, and monitoring to improve data reliability and usability.
