The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 6 months of data entry experience or 1 year of patient-facing work. The position offers a flexible onsite schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of data entry experience OR 1 year of patient-facing experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Must be available for a flexible onsite schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in company systems and databases.
• Review information for accuracy and correct errors or missing details.
• Organize and maintain electronic records and files.
• Process documents, forms, and spreadsheets.
• Verify data from different sources and ensure information is complete.
• Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Meet daily/weekly data entry and accuracy goals.
